Internationally celebrated chef Susur Lee created a 9-course dinner with cocktail pairings for a Chinese New Year celebration sponsored by Bombay Sapphire East and Absolute Travel.

Bolgheri, Tuscan Epicurean Experience

Italian Michelin‐star chefs Omar Barsacchi and Gionata DʹAlessi of the Bolgheri restaurant LaMagona prepared a four course menu from typical recipes of the Maremman area, paired with the wines of 18 Bolgheri vineyards, including Ornellaia, Sassicaia, Grattamacco and Argentiera, for an extraordinary Tuscan dinner.
