About Bob Roth:
Bob Roth is one of the most experienced and sought-after meditation teachers in America. Over the past 45 years, Bob has taught Transcendental Meditation (TM) to many thousands of people and is the author of the New York Times bestseller, “Strength in Stillness: The Power of Transcendental Meditation" (Simon and Schuster, 2018). Bob serves as the President of the Center for Health and Wellness, which brings meditation to the C-suites and workforce of such Fortune 100 companies as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, American Express, General Motors, Google, and Apple Computer. He has also taught meditation to such thought leaders and artists as Oprah Winfrey, Ray Dalio, Dr. Mehmet Oz, Ellen DeGeneres, Tom Hanks, Jerry Seinfeld, and Hugh Jackman. Bob works with the US Department of Defense, the Veterans Administration, US military bases and military colleges, the US Department of Education, as well as members of Congress on both sides of the aisle. Bob currently lives in Manhattan.
